Karen Jobes has been teaching the books of 1, 2, and 3 John for years. She is the Gerald F. Hawthorne Professor Emerita of New Testament Greek and Exegesis at Wheaton College and Graduate School. She is also the author of several books, including Letters to the Church: A Survey of Hebrews and the General Epistles.

Karen H. Jobes is the Gerald F. Hawthorne Professor Emerita of New Testament Greek and Exegesis at Wheaton College and Graduate School in Wheaton, Illinois. The author of several works, she has also been involved in Bible translation. She and her husband are members of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
